Hi, my name is Keith Consiglio and I’m the owner of Owl Properties, LLC. Born and raised on the Oregon Coast in the construction industry, my earliest memories are of helping my father with building projects and making sandboards to ride on the Oregon dunes. With decades of building and land development experience in the unique environment of the Oregon Coast, I understand the challenges and demands that coastal winds, rain, and humidity brings. I have developed a detailed-oriented and quality-focused approach to building projects which allows your vision to be become a reality while ensuring that the conditions of coastal region have been thoughtfully considered.
